This is the reason most doctors will not prescribe HCG or AI's, because they can not bill for it. So if they give it to you, the cost comes out of there pocket.
So lets say a doctor charges your insurance $700 to diagnose you, he can bill the insurance for lab results (with a huge mark up BTW) and the testosterone. So his profit is $700 because he billed insurance for the testosterone.
Now if he gives you HCG and an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), that comes out of the $700, since he can not bill for it. It has nothing to do with wether you need it or not.
Now why anyone would want a chronic medical condition on there record is beyond me, especially one that is treated with an injectable medication. Once the insurance picks up on that, they can increase your rate up to $300 per month.
Ever wonder why they want you to come in for injections? its not because they are worried about your best interest, they can bill for that service every time you come in.
So guys go to there physician, get a half ass protocol from someone who usually treats coughs, let there insurance get ripped off, and their rates can possibly go up.
Chubaca is a wookie, it doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever.
