Anyone use Needsize's ab routine?

i have tried this routine on several occasions and you really feel the burn the next day which means it really works
 
I also use it and time the 5sec hold on the wall clock, just something I learnt - if it hurts your back you're going down too low
 
is this an every day routine needsize? i do it every other day, and i hold for a 10 count (just to make sure i get a slow 5) haha..

before i tried this i was using the big rubber ball or crunches, and doing leg raises and stuff... and so far im not losing my abs... but theyre not popping out more either, been dion it since this was originally posted...

Every other day on that routine is a bit crazy, I think. Most people do it 1-2x/week.
 
I think I'm gonna start this.

I need to stack the machine I was using for cable rope crunches so I think it's time to move on.
 
I just started this about 3 weeks ago and have had great results.

I do it 3 times every 2 weeks.
 
I feel this exercise better than any other ab exercise i done in a while. I do this routine one time a week. Im not seeing any noticeable results, but i do feel a nice burn and soreness for the next couple days, so i know that it's working.
 
i usually go back little further than that but hey i may be wrong, i dont round out my back my back is uaually straight go half down 5 seconds then back up
 
All I can say is wow. This exercise is incredible. Although I have always had nice abs, this exercise really makes them show; and this was only after 2 sessions!

no, you'll overtrain them. No need to do it more than 1x per week, 2 at most, I've never gone over 1x and its done wonders for my abs, and squat and deadlift as well
I'm really glad you guys are getting good results from this
 
I did it three times in one week and I thought I tore my lower abs. Had to take a week off, I feel fine now did ab work today felt great and stroonger.

I've been doing them 2 months and my obliques and serratus have really popped out. My abs are much bigger now as well compared to when I started.
