It's legal bullshit they have to put there to cover their ass. That's also why anytime you see a review of their products you see people talking about their "lab rat" or "hamsters" using it.

No one is actually giving it to rats or hamsters. Everyone is using it on themselves. But if the company were to acknowledge this it would draw heat from the feds and could potentially get it shut down, so they speak in code and maintain plausible deniability at all times...That's the name of the game.

Why people on forums do the same thing, I'm not so sure.

It's not obvious. Not everyone spends all day reading roid boards and knows how to decipher the musclehead "code" that develops in places like this. If you see "not for human consumption" written on a lab company site then you can hardly be faulted for thinking a product isn't for human consumption.
