Newish here and checking out the different areas on the site. Wanted to get some opinions on PHs, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Cycling. I posted a similar thread in the Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and AAS sections to get a variety of opinions.
I'm in my mid 30's but have been active throughout adulthood. My nutrition is and has been pretty on point and I engage in weight lifting, running, triathlon, and adventure racing. I'm about 5'8" at 165 and ~8% BF. I've got some injuries to my elbow, shoulder, back, and pelvic bone but they're managed. My problem is that I feel that my energy and motivation are waning. I'm interested in: increased muscle, incresased strength, faster running, healing injuries, increased libido, and most importantly greatly increased energy and recovery.
I've gotten some good opinions regarding Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and AAS and many believe getting a test for my current hormone levels is the first step.
Aside from that, I'd like to hear from PH users on how you all feel about PH products as far as value and efficacy and how they compare in effectiveness to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and AAS.
Thanks.
