I think the different colors has something to do with the number of posts. As you make more posts your color changes in increments until you reach the ultimate color.

dont know what it i either but was interesed when i first saw it . seems however that most new members have the same colours , maybe based on time limit as a member , post experience or number ? i think the people to be asking are mods like stonecoldinto or dadawg .

I've seen a few members that are new (joined this year) and have the same color as the older guys. For ex: Dobiequeen is the same color as Trust. So I was thinking it might be something else.
