Arimidex dose for this cycle ...

HEy guys so I live in Canada ... its very hard to get blood work done for gear here ... anyways ... my 5th cycle ... running T400 at 800mg per week .. then tren E at 400mg per week ... u guys say that running arimidex at 0.5mg EOD is good for that .... 800mg test 400mg tren e ? also its actual pharma arimidex

honest in the past ive been sloppy with my adex.. I wont lie ... this time I have actual arimidex from the pharma ... but I got acne for sure .. bloating ... blood pressure .. im just kind of trying to guess out more if I should take 0.5 or .25 eod ... or even e3d .. im guessing im not gyno prone though ... I used to have some liquidex which im not sure I trusted much ... so I cant make a fair judgement for myself

ive gained a little weight from here .. not too much though

This is a guess... Try starting at .25mg EOD. Adjust up if you get high E2 sides (acne, fatigue, etc). I prefer to err on the side of a lower Adex dosage. Crashing your E2 sucks.

I actually run .25mg eod running 500mg Test E e5d, and it works fine (FOR ME! that's the caveat..you might be different),
