Arimidex with Low e2?

So i was doing .75mg adex a week. My total estrogen was 78 and ultra sensitive estradiol was 19. I hear that low? Anyways im going to up my yest cyp a lil to 230 a week as well as up Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) from 300 iu 2x a week to 500 iu. Would .5mg adex e3d be overkill or is that fine?
