When I got into work yesterday, I had a good laugh.

One of the conference guys transferred to Valet. So, he offically wears shorts. Oh my god. He needs to put pants on. One of those, chest and arms only guys. Hunch back... Retarded looking tools.

I was wearing a Universal shirt. I just finished biking, head phones are still in, but he made sure he came into tell me I have a nice shirt. I almost felt like saying, "nice calves bro, what'd you do for them?"
I will say it to him, I really don't give a fuck. I will let yous know about the response. I also want to try and sang a picture of his legs too, just so you can have a chuckle..

I don't understand how you neglect half your fucking body.

some random guy i saw on facebook and was like "ima save this! and use it as an example", kinda looks like will smith, anyway i messaged him telling him not to skip leg days and he said

I train 5-7 days a week's. 2-3 Times a day..mostly full body workouts at least 1 of those sessions in the day..I do performance training..NOT bodybuilding..at 170lbs leg pressing 700lbs is at a comfort for me..the majority of the weight on my legs is higher up..I am NOT..a big individual..my wrist and ankles show what my frame is normally at..I fight at 154-158lbs..I hear such a thing often until ppl see me in person and I show them personally what it is I'm speaking of..but I shall take your words into consideration..thank you.

Lmfao.. tell him to wash the sand out of his vagina.. a girl leg presses more then him.. hell! I can probably do calve raises with his leg press weight!
 
id rather be diesel as fuck and have no calves than have awesome calves and a mediocre upper body. needless to say calves are deff my weakest point :D

Wouldn't leg strength be pretty important for fighting? I'm assuming he means MMA.
 
I only work legs once every 2 weeks because they are freaking huge. I'm talking nfl fullback huge. I wish my upper body responded to training as well as my legs do.
 
I hate when people don't work legs and there are a ton of those people at the gym. With that being said, I have seen guys work legs for years and never get the growth they want. Here are my calfs. Built them up over the years. I used to be fat growing up so maybe thats what helped. Lol. Actually mountain biking built them up quite a bit too.
