Aspiration Problem?

Sorry guys, I did search and could not find the answer to my question. I did see directions on aspirating. I was giving myself a weekly Test. injection, in the thigh, with a 23g, 1 inch needle. I aspirated, did not see blood so I pushed the test. After removing the needle I noticed a couple drops of blood in the syringe. Did I mess up on the aspiration? Should I be re dosing?

Simply passed through a vien and while pulling the pin out some blood went into the syringe.

You will know if you nick a vien and inject a bit into your blood stream. You will cough like a mofo for about 5 minutes from the oil hitting hitting your lungs.
