Oh cool u train with bigdaddy22? haha he's a cool guy :)

Anyway, Dunno how intense u train but after all that, adding weights might lead to over training and you might hinder progress as opposed to making it?

Who's your Kru?
Yeah Bigdaddy22 is my brother hes the reason im limping today :D. As for my Kru his name is "Kru Rex" out of VanNuys

Kru Rex has had like 140 fights right?

Sorry for hijacking ur thread matey hehe :o

Yeah thats him I know hes had a grip of fights and only a couple losses.

OH yeah and by the way diet is going good I really like this better than Keto or other diet variations. Just eating good high quality foods is the way to go and I feel so much better, when I eat good.

Kru Rex is a true Muay Thai champion, originally from Nakronsritsummarat, Thailand. He has been training in Muay Thai for 40 years, and amassed an impressive 131-5-24 record as a junior featherweight champion in Thailand and middleweight kickboxing champion here in Los Angeles. He opened Muay Thai Kickboxing Gym in 1994 and continues to work daily with every student who attends. He also believes anyone can benefit from learning Muay Thai, and will tailor each student's workout accordingly.

Heres a pic of him landing a nice high kick!

Where the hell did you get this info? I have been training there for years and I dont even know where this crap came from?! Actaually babyface, kru rex was one of the people responsible for bringging your boy malaipet to the US. He used to be a trainer in North Hollywood, now he runs his own gym. Popichulo is just get started with Muay Thai, he is doing good, and taking plenty of punishment from his big bro.

Nice picture of that kick

Ah so he's responsible for malaipet's rise to fame

Well malaipet wasn't doing too badly in thailand if he was a ratch champ
but im sure he's getting more money in the states + there's more competition since at his weight there isn't much going on in thailand too competitively

Look at all the best big thais.. most of them leave thailand

Johmod Kiatsidsak is one

I'm not a big Keto fan when it comes to training for muay thai, or mma. We need to take in adequate amounts of both protein and carbs in order to function properly...lol:)

I was experimenting going low carbs and did it for about 4 months (tried to get fully adapted)

But it wasn't happening with Muay Thai.. Eesh talk about muscle fatigue!!!

I run a keto sometimes when I need to drop weight quickly before a fight or something, and yeah it is not easy to train while on a ckd.

i drop carbs if i need to cut weight for a fight too but really it's overall calories too

Once i was forced to make a ridiculously low weight for an old camp i was with.. I lived off very little, eating 3 shakes a day and then one propper meal... very very difficult, just made the weight, hated it, won the fight... LEFT THAT CAMP :D

yes I would definitely agree that keto is good if you're looking to drop weight quickly before a fight.
