Hi, I am a student athlete and I love football. Football has not just become a sport to me but has become a lifestyle. I don't know what I would do without it! Unfortunatley, I think I'm an "average athlete." I weigh 165, my height is 5'10," and have weaknesses on the feild. I play running back and defensive back. The love of the sport is costing me to go to the next level. I would like someone to please help me with some tips on training, supplements, and even some motivational advice. Thanks.
