I'll add to this that he needs to learn to count calories and go for about 5-6000/DAY and keep Training up! when u hit 200-223 LBS natural u should go for Testo Prop stacked with Dbol, Dbol got detection time of about 3weeks Tprop 2 weeks, do the cycle over summervacation and go back to training hopefully around a solid 230-240 pounds and work hard to keep that weight and you should be able to get far, if u keep yourself free from injuries.

If you do a cycle now you will shrink back fast, u need to learn to eat before u get on cycle or u will get stuck in "yoyo" building.

Prop is more like 3-4 days of detection.. and the amount of speed he would lose if he was 230-240 would be amazing.. The guys like Steven Jackson who are 6'2 235 and run 4.4 they dont come around much and im willing to bet they are naturally built to be that way.. I dont think this guy can gain about 60 pounds and compete at the same game speed

theincredible1 is spot on. There is NO WAY IN HELL that a guy that is a senior in highschool or already in college can gain 50lbs (the bare minimum to play that position effectively) in a year let alone 6 months and be able to play. The body just doesnt work that way. yes he may be able to put on the mass, but there is no way that he will be able to use any of it and in fact once he gets there he will more than likely not be able to run a 4.8 40 and probably move like a typical offensive lineman with the body of an undersized RB. It aint gonna happen. He is naturally a small/slight guy and that is death in football. As an example I will use warrick Dunnsince I know him. Dunn is about 5'9" tall and right at 200lbs pre season. as the season wears on it is everything he can do to keep his body above 190lbs and still be able to function on the field. The guy is solid as a rock and built like a little atlas. If a guy that is natty 145lbs and is damn near 6 foot he needs to just forget ever being a RB beyond highschool. Soory, but that is reallity.

pwlives wants to come play D2.. right now I play D2 football (LB) to be exact.. redshirt freshman year, weighed in around 6'2 210 on first day ran a 4.7 40.. now im struggling to stay above 210 now but running a good 4.59 I eat and eat and eat and I keep wanting to lose weight, Im hoping some test will help with that which I will be starting monday and keeping a blog on my updates.. but football is a sport for men.. I have yet to see many men who can compete at this level and are under 170.. but prove us wrong.. Im not here to slam doors in your face and tell you to forget about your dreams.. use this as motivation and start a blog.. even if natural go start talking about your diet, and training, and your progress.. I want to see you succeed, theres nothing that beats the rush when your wearing a football helmet on a saturday running out onto a feild in front of thousands and thousands of fans.. the only thing I can do to help you is to tell you truthfully your not ready for gear, and go to the diet section get a good bulking diet and start gaining some weight.. keep us posted man..
