Austinite's Fat Loss Stack

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but can somebody attempt to quantify the caloric difference this stack will make? For example, my TDEE is roughly 3400 calories. If I take this stack and eat 3400 calories/day, can I expect to lose the same amount of fat as if I were to eat 3200, 3000, etc?

There's no way to accurately gauge that as far as I know. Austin may have come up with anecdotal evidence from all the info and testaments he's gotten but it might be counterproductive to think of it in those terms anyway. This is not something that can bypass the necessity of a proper diet. You could easily gain fat while running this if you start slacking on your diet so it's best to be thought of as an ace in the hole once your diet is fine tuned.

I'm thinking about putting my gf on this stack, it all sounds very promising.
The one thing I'm not sure about yet is the chromium.

We had some bloodwork done, and turns out her bloodsugar levels are just below average. Nothing to worry about. So my question is: Does the chromium balance out blood sugar levels or just lower them? And would it be safe to use with a slightly lower than average bloodsugar level?

I don't recommend the stack if there's any abnormalities. Consult with your physician before starting if you decide to move forward with it.
 
Well I am goin to try this since I'm off now. My diet will be 2800-3000 cals 50-70g carbs rest protein and fat. Workin out 4 days cardio 3 of them.

My goal is to get to about 10% bf before starting my next cycle. I'm currently around 12-13% (according to my gyms electric tester, idk how accurate thy are)

I will keep you guys posted with updates about every 2 weeks

As for my next cycle I want to run
8 weeks
Prop 200 eod
Tren 150 eod
Adrol 50 ed ( weeks 1-4)
 
There's a vascularity stack? Guessing L-citrulline, arginine, cialis?

Yohimbine is great for cutting fat as well.
 
Minor problem I ordered some Synephrine Hcl from Amazon...I got it from "Liftmode" but...apparently the scoopt they sent me is 50 mg?
Should I just like...IDK Try to get slightly less than half a scoop?

No. You would need 1/5th if a scoop cuz he said to start at ten and then it you can tolerate it, go to twenty.

It amazes me the inquiries that could be answered by actually reading the article itself...

I'm sorry. I'm mainly a lurker and I did read the article the only issue is I have trouble eyeballing it. I mean I can do halves pretty easy that's why it'd be easy for me to do half a scoop but a fifth...it's kind of like ehhhh
