Start with half an amp once per week and see how you feel after a few weeks. Preload the other half into another syringe.

Do as Austin says. Unless you are prone to B12 deficiencies, you have nothing to worry about imo.
If you are a bodybuilder eating for gains you should be more than covered for B12 thru all the eggs, chicken, turkey, beef we all consume.
Methyl is the real deal. Less is more in this circumstance since the body can take the drug as is in a usable form. Cyan has to be converted to Methyl remember.

The only thing I don't understand is that if the protocol says that we should aim from 1000 mcg per week, and if a ug is a mcg.. Then why to shot half ampule of a 500 ug every week..? Isn't that 250 mcg?

Some people can't absorb b12 from dietary sources, their stomach doesn't produce intrinsic factor. That's what prone to b12 deficiencies means. Basically people need to shoot b12 to keep a healthy level in their system.

You have to get used to Methyl. It's far more effective than Cyano. So 1000 wont hurt, but you can try and save some money by running 250, and then go up from there. It's best to test blood after 4 to 6 weeks to gauge how well you're binding.

When the protocol was written I was using Cyano. When I switched to methyl, I started at 250 and moved up to 1000.

I ll start at a lower dosage, get a blood panel, and increase if needed in 4 weeks.

Austin, do you think the cyanide in cyan b12 injections is harmful to the liver?
read that the liver uses stored glutathione to detoxify the cyanide.
for us bodybuilders that take bigger doses, maybe its a little too toxic or stressful to liver?

No. There is no issue with cyanide. You get plenty from food, too.

I respond so well to it, I started with 200mg per day and now 300mg today. I want to take more and will keep going up. Just looking for your take on that.

The vasculartity I get from it is so good. I can see and feel the difference within an hour regardless if I have touched a weight or not.

Could you hook me up with a link to or qoute for the acne protocol I have searched for it but to no avail. I dont usually get acne on cycle just during pct but going to incorporate mast into my next cycle and would like to run it as a preventative meausure so I dont have any (or less) issue with the acne. Great info in this thread too btw. I love to supplement and have learned a ton from your posts austinite. Thanks for all your time bro.
 
Lol for a good amount of time I thought austenite was the hot girl in his avatar and wondered why "she" was a steroid guru. Lol then I realized quickly austenite was just a really smart guy who knew a lot about steroids. Now I know he is a really smart guy who knows about steroids and supplements and god only knows what else! I have to give you props man I tried to give you reps but it told me I had to spread them around more because I already gave them to you. Well it seems like you are somewhat a steroidolodgy celebrity after this post ha ha ha ha. Lol pretty soon you'll be starting your own forum like GH15 lol.... And I vote this should be a sticky to!

If you're responding well, keep your dose low and steady. It's common for the human body to become accustomed to drugs, while it would still work, you may end up losing that good "Feeling". Always leave room to increase dose. No need for more than 400 mg per day. But it's an herb, your body should be able to handle megadoses.

OTC Supplements for ACNE Prevention

Pycnogenol:
description was mentioned above... but I'll paste here... Unlike most products, it does the job from the inside out. The way it works is by binding to collagen. It increases oxygen delivery and decreases carbon dioxide. This results in much healthier skin. It also increases elasticity and minimizes wrinkles. Away from the skin, it works in the background by allowing for better blood flow (increasing vessel size), thus delivering more nutrients through your bloodstream, inevitably giving you plenty of benefit towards skin care.

Vitamin B5:
Large doses of this vitamin will reduce the size of your pores. It also causes the body to metabolize fats more effectively, inevitably resulting in less oil and sebum in the skin. That's it on B5.

Zinc:
This is crucial so I will go more in depth here. Acne is a symptom of Zinc deficiency, which is not uncommon. Over 30% of the population is deficient. Zinc is a vehicle for Vitamin A, and leads it to your skin, which makes for healthier skin. It supports the immune system so it acts like an antibiotic.

Naturally, skin cells die. But they don't die and renew efficiently if you're Zinc deficient. This process is called apoptosis. Without Zinc, skin cells bind together and slows down the shedding of your skin. This will clog your pores. Not good for acne. Even Accutane has an ingredient (isotretinoin) that helps facilitate apoptosis. This gives you a clear idea of the power of Zinc.

The Protocol

Vitamin B5: 10 grams (5 gr in the morning, and 5 gr before bed)
Zinc: 50mg daily (25mg in the morning, and 25mg before bed)
Pycnogenol: 120 mg (60mg in the morning, and 60mg before bed)

All supplements are water soluble.

I generally frontload the supplements during the first week with approximately 1.5 times the doses above. Except Zinc, do not go over 50mg with zinc.

Side Effects

Stomach Discomfort:
Prevention/Fix: Cut B5 dose in half and increase by 1 gr daily so that you adjust to the mega-dose.

Oily Skin:
Prevention/Fix: This is normal and will go away in about 10 days. You're just getting cleaned up.

Can I find those 3 acne prevention supplements in most drug stores?

I was prone to acne when I was in high school so i'm assuming it will come back with AAS use. I still get a fair amount of acne on back/shoulders.
