Do as Austin says. Unless you are prone to B12 deficiencies, you have nothing to worry about imo.
If you are a bodybuilder eating for gains you should be more than covered for B12 thru all the eggs, chicken, turkey, beef we all consume.
Methyl is the real deal. Less is more in this circumstance since the body can take the drug as is in a usable form. Cyan has to be converted to Methyl remember.
