Austinite's Top 3 - Essential On-Cycle Supplementations

So I shot half, one or two ampules per week?

Do as Austin says. Unless you are prone to B12 deficiencies, you have nothing to worry about imo.
If you are a bodybuilder eating for gains you should be more than covered for B12 thru all the eggs, chicken, turkey, beef we all consume.
Methyl is the real deal. Less is more in this circumstance since the body can take the drug as is in a usable form. Cyan has to be converted to Methyl remember.

Exactly sir..
The good thing here is that u don't need to know the guy.. U just order it, and he sells it to u..
Yes those are 500 iu / ml.. So I do 2 ampules (ml) in one shot.
I really don't understand why would u need a prescription for a vitamin .. So strange..may be there is a reason behind that..
Even I see (do not dispense without a physician's prescription) on the back of my box.. Thnx god I don't live in Japan :)

I can only speak for Canada...
Cyan B12 injections can be bought over the counter. Methyl B12 injections are made by compounding pharmacists who are specially trained to make "Methyl B12". A script from a naturopath as well as an MD is sufficient/required to get Methyl B12.

hey austenite, im just curious, my last injection, I did my right quad, I basically put my left hand a bit further up from my knee and where my thumb landed I injected there, so about halfway up my quad. I aspirated, nothing came in but little air bubbles, I then injected my gear. left the needle in for a little bit, then just to see what would happen, I withdrew back on the plunger again as if I was aspirating and obviousely nothing came up. Im just curious how long does it take for the gear to hit your bloodstream? Where exactly does it go after you have pushed the plunger all the way down? But nevertheless seeing as I withdrew no oil back does that mean its deep inside my body?

Way too many factors. Depth into muscle, post injection activity, type of oil used, blood flow, and a whole lot of other factors. Could be 2 hours could be 24 hours.

and also, last question buddy, but say I decided to do my right quad again but obv not around the same place as my last injection, say I moved the site up 5cm or so and injected there. its still the same as my last injection in that they both absorb correct? and theres no difference. Say I move it up closer to the top of my leg/ a bit lower from my hip.

I thought you and I discussed absorption in very detail. Yes, anything you inject anywhere will absorb.

I really would like to keep this thread about supplements. If you want to start a thread about injections I'll be happy to visit it. Thanks toco:)

I shot 1000 mcg of Methyl today and never felt nothing. I saw the chemist who was making a batch, looks like the colour of beet juice(blood). Cyan has a lighter red colour.
was on sublingual Methyl 5000 mcg for 2 weeks now..

What did you expect to feel? Get your levels up over 4000 and you'll feel a difference.

Test your binding capacity and keep injecting till it's reached. then inject more.

how do i test "binding capacity". My doc does B12 checks on my blood work?
is there another test he must order to see this "binding capacity"?

Austin, I can't give you any more Rep power...lol
says spread more around before I come back to you. lol

UBBC. unsaturated B12 binding capacity

ok. I hear you. I needed to ask you to see.
So this is a total different and more accurate B12 Test than just the regular b12 level in the blood check that most docs do?
this will show if there is more room to build b12 in you???

Yes. You can only use what binds. So if you reach your binding capacity, you're all set. Most docs do not test for it unless you're anemic. You have to ask for it.

I hear you. So basically, you can have for example 2200 in your blood, and have a less than optimal b12 level that is actually bounded to capacity?
