3j will set you straight but you need 6 meals a day with at least 1.5 grams of protein per lb minimum while trying to gain. You're also not eating frequently enough to keep your motabolism running at full throttle and helping your body build new muscle. The beer has definately got to go, eating 3 times will keep your metabolism slow and that beer will easily be stored as fat.

As for the pork rinds. Ha, I wasn't saying anyone was eating badly, only without knowing how people are eating you can't really help them. FWIW.... All workout programs, p90x, insanity heck even nutrisystem has you eaT six times a day.

For example I'm eating maintenance (not bulking or cutting) its almost 4pm at which time ill eat my 4th meal of the day I've had about 160 grams of protein today. I've eaten like this for over 10 years. Every three hours I'm hungry and my metabolism is always running. The few times I wasn't able to eat this way i felt like crap.

Hopefully you'll respond better to different test but without eating right getting in shape will be almost impossible. Also don't use acne as a way to tell if test is working. I respond great and have no acne.
