Awful pain in quads DURING injection.

Hey guys, just wondering if there's any other people out there who've experienced this. When I inject in my quads, i can't do it.
1. The needle doesn't seem to want to go in there (no scar tissue cause i NEVER inject my quads)
2. It hurts incontrollably...not the gear itself, but the needle. I can handle the pain everywhere else, but I feel like maybe i have alot of nerves close to the surface in my quads or something? it bleeds almost on impact aswell..so there must be alot of vessels there?

Thanks. Perhaps the pain depends on where on the quad you inject also? I would try it outter middle. I have a tren-ace cycle comming up soon so i'm gunna need to be rotating ... yay quads.

I've noticed that my left quad hurts alot more then my right does but yes mine can be sensitive also. I recommend moving the spot around and seeing where it is more tolerateable. Personally even if it hurts like hell if I aspirate and its good I inject anyways...lol, spotinjections.com also in case you haven't been there.

Def. dart it in the beginning to break through the skin and then push slow. If it's hurting in one spot try another spot about an inch away.

use the ventrogluteal site. it is hands down, in my opinion, the best site. it is located more on your side as opposed to the other gluteal injection site which is more posterior and harder to access. Also, the ventrogluteal site can handle 5cc of oil without a problem. Don't even attempt to pin that much oil in your quads.

It really just comes down to your personal preference bro. Some people love quads, since they are easy to access, and some experience little to no pain in pinning there. I find that it is difficult for me to NOT nick a nerve going in there and get horrible spasms accompanied by sharp pain.

Over the years I have found the spots I like and I stick to them. Even when going EOD, I only need 7 sites or so, and I have even more than that, so there are some spots I avoid. I use: ventrogluteal, triceps, deltoids, pecs, and lats. That right there is 10 injection sites. I don't ever need to use more than that.

I made the mistake of pinning some painful gear into my biceps once and I will never do that again. I was in excruciating pain for hours; that experience was one that was almost to much to bear. As a result from that and like experiences, I stay away from quads, biceps, and calves.

As another poster said, check out spotinjections for good images showing where to inject. Also, there are a few good videos on youtube if you want to see the whole process. Be careful on youtube though as I opened up an apparent "injection technique guide", and the nurse in training was absolutely incompetent. He literally did everything wrong you could possibly do, and that is the last thing I would want someone to adopt as their habits.

ya, but aren't the lats and calves bad for hitting nerves i hear? also, injecting into the chest just freaks me out that i'm gunna hit right into a high rib bone or right into my heart or something ahahah it just seems weird. but thanks for the info.

Just stick to the glutes :P

Im not doing anything except for those.

i'm about to run a tren ace and test prop cycle...so just sticking to the glutes isn't an option. that's what i did with my last test enth cycle tho.

And i previously have used a 23 gauge or 22. I'm going to be sticking to 25gauge and maybe just use Slin Pins. slin pins are for people like me ahah.

How do you inject your glutes by yourself?

it's pretty easy. just stand in front of a mirror and reach back with your right arm to your right glute. it can be a little dicey when you're using your wrong hand...especially to dart it in, it can kind of be hard to get it straight on.

Bro... Its in your mind!! I enject quads as well. The first time i did it (its my 1st cycle), i almost passed out. Now, i inject wit no problem! Lol sometimes, i take out the needle n put it back in. Its in your mind, bro. Dont b a pussy... Lol just Do It

the key, i have found, to injecting is quads is getting the muscle to totally relax before injecting. The best way for me is to sit flat on the floor, back against the wall or couch and put a pillow under the bend in my leg. this is the only way i can get my quad to FULLY relax.

push the needle in slow, if you feel odd pain when going in, pull back a lil and hit a slightly different angle. if you have pain while inserting the needle, its gonna be sore later.

also the lower on the quad i go, the more soreness i have.

man. im going to be sticking in roughly 3 more weeks. ive always been told ass and thigh's, but i know for damn sure ima be hopping all over the place.

i see alot of slin pins in the calves, bi;s tri;s and quads (upper ) ahead for me. ED injects are gunna be so rough, but tren results will make it all worth it

Do you have pics/illustrations?

I've been experiencing the same thing. I've done it in years past no problems. Now for whatever reason piercing the skin is UNGODLY painful and I always end up doing glutes. I've tried 7-8 different locations on the outer quad over the past 2 weeks and the fucking hurt like HELL!
