This is from AR blog so take it for what its worth
Details are super sketchy right now, but one of my long time friends within the ******/Axio Labs organization (I’ve got friends everywhere…), has confirmed that Axio Labs has been busted. If this information is incorrect, then it’s someone within the company who has actually given me the bad info. But when I consider the probability of this happening, I think it’s very low, and once again I need to restate the fact that I have had someone within Axio Labs confirm that they’ve been busted.
The forum reps who are currently defending Axio are probably not lying, they just have no idea what they’re talking about – or their accounts have been taken over by the feds. Since Operation Raw Deal, it has been a well established tactic of US Law Enforcement to appropriate the online identities of busted steroid dealers and labs, and continue taking orders (though not actually shipping anything).
The Axio forum was recently taken down off Outlaw Muscle and IronMagazine.com, and I would imagine that their forums will quickly begin disappearing across the ‘net. Several of their forum reps are attempting to get rid of (or change) their screen names on various discussion boards – although I am unsure as to whether that means they know something and aren’t sharing, or they’re simply preparing for the worst. Thus far, although one person from Axio has confided in me privately, there has been no official or public confirmation of them being busted.
Over on Steroid.com, where some of the staff members are Axio reps, things are in chaos in the private/hidden forums.
The public facts are something like this: A steroid bust has been reported in Cyprus, where Axio is known to operate. Axio’s website simultaneously goes offline, and their reps begin circulating the story that there is an issue with the server, then the hardware, and the story just keeps changing…
And now, Outlaw Muscle and IronMagazine have pulled the Axio/****** forums from their sponsor section. This would be the third time we’ve seen a bust that involved Axio – Brian Wainstein, the current owner of the company, was busted and served time in Ireland back in 2007 (and only served 4 months)…while Glenn England, who is in charge of Canadian operations for the company, pleaded guilty to a multi-million dollar steroid offense in 2009 (yet served no time, and continued working for the company under the screen name “LivingSteel”).
Unfortunately, while I know that Brian Wainstein has been indicted, the indictment is still sealed, and I have been unable to positively confirm anything regarding him personally.
Again, I am saying that Axio Labs has been busted, and I’m also saying that the source of this information is someone I know from within the company.
