B12 Meth injections - need to be refrigerated?

I paid the high price for B12 methylcobalamin. I've used it a few times and put it under my sink in a cabinet where it's been for 3-4 months. Is it still OK to use? Does B12 need to be refrigerated?

well I been using one from rui that's almost a year old and it's fine still. I keep it in cabinet with other supps. Should I put it in fridge? I assumed it was fine. what do you guys do?

No - do not put in frig. Keep in a cool and dark place. Dark cabinet is fine as long as it stays below 86.

It's bad to put in frig as it will get much colder than 59.

B-12 is great.I got a 30 day supply with everything because it was under $30 for a 30 ML and needles, bandaids, swabs.

Gained almost 10 pounds more along with aas and made everything easier to move around. It's suppose to be refridged but I left it out on the 6th day and on and no problems.
