Back Out Of Action Advice Needed

alright bro's
just a quick question i have damaged my back at the moment
and im unable to squat at the present time without it pulling
as most of u would agree squats are the best to build up your legs and help with overall physique
so at the moment im having just to do leg presses
do u think this will get the job done anything else u can advice me on
also cant do bent over rows for back :( or deads really
