hello guys...
So my gf dump me ..you know why ..? because i'm ugly as hell ,no confidence,skinny,poor and what else
here is my stats of current state

Age-23 yr
Height-5'7
Weight-60 kg /190lbs
bf-17%

earlier i was 47kg when i started gym in 2011 i gained weight and left after 1 year, sticky to 60kg from then.
i want to change myself...

i know you guys are awesome and definately help me.I want to Gain weight.I really dnt know where should i start from i have started gymming 15 days ago.
Should i buy a weight gainer?or go for steroid cycle direclty?or protein shake?
my confidence level is down just because i look ugly and skinny

First up fuckin good on you for wanting to better yourself bro! The confidence will come with time, as will the gains! And yes we can definetly help you here :)

You should start readin the diet section now, gather as much knowledge on eating as you can. Avoid touching steroids for at least another year or two, wothout gettin too much into its its a bad idea at this stage, you'll end up injuring yourself and really won't get anywhere.

There is a sticky for vegetarians wanting to bulk up in the diet section, hit that up. A will be a lil harder coz your food choices are gonna be smaller, but by no means will it stop you. Yeah get some protein powder aswell, but make sure most of your protein comes from food - not shakes.

Well I would say get your diet in check and training as well, looking at your pic u are inbetween putting on some mass and chopping some body fat, I would say trim up some of that body fat first then start massing up
Talk to 3j and spend some coin on proper dieting before considerig aas bro
U will grow your first 2 years of training anyways with a proper diet ( beginner gains)
Like I said hire 3j man and fuck your ex use that as motivation bro, happens all the time, a split makes good changes in people's physique lol

Eat healthy, gain some muscle, then consider a cycle 18-24 months from now..

If you are happy then who the fuck cares what people think they just have to make themselves feel better. Don't ever underestimate yourself or put yourself down. I completly disagree with your comment..

I got divorced in Jan 2010 on the 21st, I joined the gym on the 22nd.

I was away from the gym for 4 years prior due to a bad relationship.

Sometimes a break up is the best thing to happen to someone.

Just my 2 cents.
 
Read up in the diet section and get on point, diet is the #1 means of transportation to get you where you want to be, ill quote 3J '80% diet 15% training and 5% gear'. Dont forget that.

And thats great, how you are using a shitty situation to your advantage, take those bad times and use them to make you better. Its not about how hard you can hit, but how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. Never let someone else drag you down or make you feel sorry for yourself. Anyone worth your time isnt gonna put you in a situation like that, remember that, emotions can be tough but she made you feel like that about yourself, forget her.

Keep you head up man, ive been there, im sure most of us have, as time passes youll end up laughing about it, and saying look at me now. Anyone worth your time isnt gonna hang out

Well Elimanning if that worked for you then all the better for you. Iv never gone in the gym thinking what the next guy there thinks of me. I'm there for me and to prepare to compete. But no one is the same whatever drives you to better yourself is a good enough reason for me
 
Chicks are great motivation!! You should get in shape for yourself but it will also be sweet when in a few years ur in shape and she is getting fat. That always feels good. Lol

Your math is terribly off bubba, 60kg x 2.2 lbs = 132 pounds, not 190. Pic was enough to prove that. Echo everyone's comments, get your diet dialed in, look for a decent workout program based on what you want to achieve, strength? size? size and strength? or just ripped up as you go and slowly add mass? You have a few years of natural testosterone to use before you plateau and need a cycle. Keep on reading the various forums here: you won't gain as much as you could if you cycled today; get a decent base under you, with a diet to match your goals and stick to it.

99 problems, but a bitch ain't one. Well, actually I have 3 bitches in my life, but only one is a problem. So 0.3333 problems that are bitches. That rounds down to 0.
