Just thought I'd let you all know, went in the gym today to do back(my favorite). Started w/dl's. Did 135x15 295x8 405x5 465x3 (it all felt pretty easy so thought i'd try and max cuz I haven't done that for a long time) so did 500x2 525x1 then 405x4 for a cool down. Never even hit 500lbs till today, last time I maxed was 495lbs, several months back.
Wish I had my digi cam along today so I couldve had you guys check my form. Will try again in 2 wks of so maybe 3, except remember my digi.
I was VERY happy though, thanks to 1t things are coming along great. I'm eating like a pig 2, so guess somethings working.
