check this guys....try this on your next back workout....superset one arm underhand high hammerstrenth pulldowns with one arm dumbell rows...my weights were 6plates on the hammer and dumbell was 150lbs...all for 10 reps...then barbell rows with v-bar cable rows...then finish off with 50 pull ups...dont matter how you get there,just get 50....your back will be cooked...
