Hey everyone whattup. I've been working out on and off for about three years now and I'm starting to get back into it again, but this time I wanna take things a little more serious and finally look good. But the problem is I really got shitty genetics, I mean I loose weight at a pretty normal weight but I can't seem to get any kind of tone. I gained some weight while I stopped working out so I just ordered some Thermorexin but I wanna know what else I could do to really get that tone with the bad genetics that I have. Right now I'm trying to loose some BF but my main concern is getting that nice build. Help me out guys!
