bad shoulder injection

i jus injected my shoulder with qgl eq . i aspirated prior to injecting and everything was good , so i proceeded. but i haqve sum pain in my shoulder when i was done injecting i pullled the pin out and had a little blood in there, when i pulled the pin out there wasnt much blood, very little, should i be concerend or no?

also i couldnt get comfortable so i was moving the pin aound qite a bit could that be it?
