Yeah man I've tried to tell him. His dad is a juice head too who takes anadrol, dbol, tren willy nilly. On testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and you think he would have learned and taught his son something.

This story reminds me of a time when my friend's boyfriend was about to start taking superdrol and that it was a ph. I set her straight real quick and informed her it was a STEROID and gave her a link to wikipedia where it explains just that. Also bear in mind the kid had never ran anything ever. Needless to say he flipped out on her, told her I was wrong, didn't know anything, etc

You can bring a horse to water, but you can't make them drink.

I wouldn't say anything - you don't know the guys medical history, and you're not a doctor.

Personally if I was told I contracted Aids, cancer, or something of that magnitude fuck my health YOLO - 50mg of dbol, 1g test, etc... - going balls deep.

I see nothing wrong with talking about AAS publicly - there are pro hormones called "Dbol", Anavar" and "Test suspension" - it's obviously snake oil, but how do you know he's not talking about that? Also how do you know he don't have a script for an illness/hormonal imbalance.

There's nothing illegal about discussing drug use so I'm pretty open.

Lol 1g test and 50mg dbol is not even close to going balls deep in the hormones

I would sell your point of view, ajntorinj, but I'm not a personal trainer worried about a guy keeping his gains and feeling better on cycle. I'm just simply concerned about the guy's health. I really don't care if he does or doesn't keep his gains, I'm just concerned from a health standpoint. I don't see anything wrong with telling a guy he's going to regret something later. My OP is focused on a guy's health, not what he should do to maintain gains and not lose his libido. Like I said in the OP, "I'm not into talking about AAS publicly, but if a guy comes up to me and asks me for advice, I'll share knowledge" as in if a guy wants me to go in depth for advice, I will. This guy didn't approach me for advice, basically just to brag, even though he doesn't know what he's doing. This is why I was concerned and was wondering if there's something else I could say, to warn him of the potential health hazards.

I think what ajntorinj is trying to say is that this may be the only way to get through to him. Even if your not worried about his gains, if this is what it will take to get him to get on track health wise than this is what you should do. If he is not listening to you because of what you're saying then your never going to help him.

It bothers me too at times. And it's always the guys who are young that seem to lean toward self destructing....
It be acceptable if the guy was at least 30 before going that route....and even then he should look if he has exhausted all natural avenues.
I'm more of the opinion lately, that if there ain't millions of dollars involved....it's not really worth it.
