ice and rest since 4 days for should shoulder.

and already i can hold it... not so bad!!

Oh yes sure Dadawg!

i didn't take painkiller... just want to heal quick, and being careful.

i don't think it's already safe, but it's surely on the good way for that.

Good luck bro. I just had my labrum repaired last week, it was torn about an inch away from the bone and steadily getting worse. Doc had to grind the bone and suture the labrum back to it with titanium fishing line, luckily everything else was healthy inside the shoulder. Im in a sling for 3 weeks but will be aggressively rehabing it so I hope to get it fit again asap.

i worked today, it didn't come as sore as last week.

i hurts a lil, but i feel is going better.

good luck B__Saan

just made to see...

6 reps with 200lbs. no pain at all.

Ok i did stretch before and was a lil soreness jut under acromion.

so it's not only in my head. with a little patience i can overcome this time!

anybody knows if Hyper-oxygenated-triester-glycerol is something useful?

Two years after my right should, his left sister got the same thing.

inflammation from the tissues of the Rotator-cap...

It hurts as Mother-f*cker.

And i'm having a beer.

damn bro Ive had RC problems before-- painful as fuck

stretch it, and get physical therapy, it helps a lot. the electric stim and massaging goes a long way

get better soon bro

Thanx yes, if i don't mistake you got surgery on this not?

it was perhaps somebody else.

i heard today about massage with HT like i said above.

but, two years ago i did electric stim without succes. may be this time, it seems than i react sufisently early to fix it.

almost no pain today.

no painkiller, no ointment, only ice and rest.

it works for me.

I will pass a ultrasound fryday.

it feels way better, is just to see if everything is O'right. If it's nothing damaged.

they have to see if ther's not few torn on tendons, under acromion.

I wish I was as lucky as you kane. Its been 2 months now and shoulder still isn't right. Going for cortisone shot next week. If that doesn't work I'm contemplating getting the surgery.

On mine it's been 4 weeks since SLAP repair surgery, finally can do unweighted raises w/o bands. So far the RoM is much better than pre-surgery as I can actually slide my belt through the rear belt loop with that arm (ie. reach behind my back) w/o pain. No actual pain in my shoulder unless I reach straight up and hold it for a bit. Not allowed to lift weighted anything on that side for 3 more weeks but then if the MRI checks out I'll be fully cleared to resume lifting as normal. So far (hopefully I'll feel that way in the future as well) the surgery is highly recommended by me if you have the same issue.

i have to pass an other exam cause it's noisy, no pain, the strengh is there now, but it make noise...
