anyone ever have a bad work out on gear before? yesterday when i was doing chest, i was having difficulties with the same weight that i used during the last 2 chest work outs.
Yeah bro, You can still have an off day when on cycle. I would just not let it become a habit if you can help it. Alot of factors can come into play when you have a bad workout, not just juice.
definitely sleep, nutrition are the weapons (even when not on juice) for being at the top, don't talk about training it's an evidence. But in your case bro may be you werent in a good day, as other said shit happens
yea, sometimes its happend, you know what i do i just look around the gym & take a look off some off the "want do be" BB they piss me off holding a cell in there hand & with the other they do one arm curl, thats realy piss me off, & you know what? i get right away a kick & after all a great workout.
