If I use HCG by itself why do my balls shrink? I know I need an AI this happened in the past if I use it without an AI will they shrink again?

I'm not familiar with your balls but I know mine still shrink even with hcg, but the key here is they will still function, be thankful for that.

Not sure but I think a lot of people are of the opinion not to use Hcg post cycle. I thought it was recommended to use Nolva and clomid or just nolva. I think there might be a sticky somewhere about HCG.

I am not comming off anything dude have you heard of a hpta re start?

Don't use hCG if you are already using clomid. You want the clomid to get your LH cranking out. If you take hCG your pituitary won't be stimulated as much by the clomid to produce LH.

Also, do you know for certain that you have secondary hypogonadism. If you are primary, hCG won't do anything for you. Nor would clomid.

I don't know. I can't remember your medical history. I can say that if you are going to self medicate that you damn well better know what you are doing. Seeing a doctor sounds like an excellent idea.
