It is definitely 100% fake as in counterfeit. It is also one of IP's knock off versions of BD by your description and manufacture date. 2010 was before many of the others got into the game of counterfeiting BD.

Use it and try it, I'm betting it does actually have some test in it because that was made during a time he was making a mad push on that brand.

I would personally use it due to when it was made, the quality was better then with these fakes than it is now.

If its from the china man its good stuff. Yes it counterfeit brand BD, but theres actually test inside.
