Been around here forever... any advice on brewinig would be appreciated!

Well no one is going to lay out the entire process for someone again, there are lots of gotchas and things to consider. Including your raw source, etc... but the actual brew process is fairly simple. You don't need to be a chemist, just don't be fucking stupid. Take things slow. Learn and read the hundreds if not thousands of informative docs out there on how its done.

Sterility is concern #1. Maintaining your sterile environment allows you to produce clean, really smooth gear.

AD Hit the nail on the head. There is a TON of info all over the place. Try google. sterility is #1 priority.
