Killing Shit
Ok guys just a little history on where I've been. About 6 months ago my 210lb ass was benching extremely to heavy. I hit 405 and was going to do a negative (with a spotter) and completely fucked up my shoulder. Doctor said tears in the rotator cuff. I couldn't even do leg extensions, without feeling it in my shoulder. Fast forward to last few months. I haven't lifted in 6 months, and finally feeling where I can get back to basics with extremely light weight. I've stayed on a cruise of 300 test 300 Deca the entire time, BUT I blew up to over 260 lbs. I literally ate everything in sight...I've since lost 30 lbs with walking and diet. I'm bout to start a log along with PSL and help from 3J on my way back. I have basically went to fit to fat, now getting back to fit. Pics and log will be utilized. Can't wait to get started. Feels great to be back...

Baby steps Buzz.itll comeback soon enough. This is to be patient and listen to your body as you start back into heavier weights. Hope you have a full recovery. Good to have you back

I am still recovering from neck surgery, so I feel your pain in doing the baby steps...but becoming reinjured or worse is something that must be avoided.

And welcome back!

Welcome back bro...

U can do this ...as stated slow and slower when pain red lines but the LIFE saves me from the only person who scares me-me.

Ur so welcomed to be back home...

...no more singles...ever....

As everyone has said Welcome back to the forum. Ya know I have had some injuries in the past 3-4 years and I learned after the first injury that I just had to hold back from the heavy sets and no negatives. Right now my shoulder hurts in bed, and all the time. I can't do much myself but then I'm much older.
What age are you if I may ask?

Amen brother. I'm so ready to get back...

He'll yeah! I remember when u posted pics of your transformation from when u was pretty big(fat somewhat I think) to your physique in your avi....pretty flat out impressive brutha. Do it again!!
I'm turning 42 this month and I mostly do 20-30 rep range anymore. Heavy low reps at times but nothing too crazy. My joints seem to like me better now a days;-)

Sorry to hear about your injury. It suck. I've been dealing with tennis elbow for over a year. Be patient. Focus on getting it dialed in with 3j.

Yep, lol..the path of least resistance isnt for us.

Welcome back . Good luck dude and awesome progress with the 30 lb drop . 3J puts a boot in my ass to . Haha

Welcome back Buzz... I'd say diet is the key for you right now and getting the rest of that weight off....

If you are still in the rehab phase - and as you say, YOU are 'back to basics' - why are you cycling?

Rapid increases in strength combined with a decrease in collagen synthesis due to AAS can actually impede joint health

Personally, I'd run nothing but a low/moderate dose of Test and concentrate on VERY slowly working those lifts back to a percentage of original capacity - focusing on range of movement and mobility while you're at it.

If you start running other compounds, you'll be lulled in to a false sense of security and before you know it you'll be back on the operating table.

I struggle to see how you can log a cycle, when you are a long way off being 100%???
AAS strengthen and grow muscle tissue - but your current weakness is your joints.

Not trying to throw a spanner in the works Buzz, you're an intelligent bloke - but I've just come back from a bad one myself - and I was almost a year before I got back to my original level.
