Well I've Been on try for a year self inject 200mgs every two weeks. My doc hasn't call me in for blood work I feel ok. But I feel fine just kinda worries me a bit. Is this normal?

No, it's not normal to have a doctor not wanting blood panels at least once a year. If you've only been on for a year, I'm surprised you haven't been asked to have them drawn at least every 6 months at this point. I'd bring this up with your doctor and stress the fact that you may be long overdue for a panel. Don't forget to get that hemoglobin/hematocrit checked. These escalate with the use of exogenous testosterone and need to be kept in check to prevent complications that may arise later on. Donating blood every 56 days will help with this.

If you're feeling good, that's a fantastic sign that things are going well, but I'd still get checked out. If he's unwilling to pull a panel, you can order one on your own from places like privatemdlabs.com.

My .02c :)

I am suppose to take my injections every two weeks. But by day ten I get kinda moody. If I take them on day ten I feel great but then I feel bloated a couple three day or so. Any thought on what I should do?

Yes, split that 200mg to 100mg a week and take 50mg E3.5D. That will help tremendously. I personally do Sundays and Thursdays and have a nice steady flow of hormones. Helps keep estradiol at bay too. :)

Are you taking any kind of AI to control your E2, feeling bloated is a side effect of E2, one of the mild side effects that is as having high E2 is not good. Halfwit has given you some very good advice, get bloods done ASAP, if your doctor will not do them then do them on your own and be sure to do a estradiol sensative test as well, having a complete understanding of what all your levels will aid us in providing you the best advice. As Halfwit also mentioned, if you are not already donating blood on a regular basis get started.

Will do on the blood drive. Not real sure on the self administered blood test tho. If he does my test and does like what he sees will he discontinue me. He is an old doc and I don't think he is to knowledgable on AI's. And on taking any ai's I have some clomid but that is about it. I was think about hitting up a trusted friend for some aromasin.

Yeah I'm going to make an appointment for sure. Should I go give blood before or after does it matter?
It doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, but I would start sooner rather than later as elevated hematocrit (thickness of your blood) is pretty much a guaranteed with TRT.

Your doc shouldn't discontinue you from TRT if you have good results. TRT is for life, that would be like a diabetic having good blood sugar results on an hbA1C and having their doctor take away their insulin. You may not even need an AI at that dose, but of course a blood panel will confirm this - just be sure to push for estradiol (sensitive) to be on the test.

I'd look for another doctor/endo. Usually my doctors start me at one dose and have me come in 3 weeks later to see my new numbers and increase dosage if needed. Then once an appropriate dose is discovered, I would check in every 4-6 months. This guy/gal sounds negligent.

Blood test ASAP is my suggestion, not saying you have to worry about anything but it is def time to check things out ;)
