I been searching for peoples cycles logs and can never find anyone who actually updates all the way through its always half ass, especially for first cycles? Anybody have any links?!

To be honest everyones befores are probably so embarrassing they dont want you to see lol
Im up and down all year long myself. I go from single digit BF to a damn dough boy and back again.
