Not exactly sure what the calorie count is on that but im guessing almost 2K cal and 100 grams of protein

its different everytime i make it

most of the time im able to choke the whole thing down but i have to go lay down... which helps me get to sleep:D

Its definately a bulking diet
im on the 3rd week of my test dbol and EQ cycle and ive gained gone from 195 to almost 230 already

How much of your weight gain is fat, this seems like a good bulkbuilder during the day, but before bed, how much of the weight is going to your waistline? If it works for you and you are putting on solid muscular body weight thumbs up to you. Be careful with the timing of your calories too much followed by long periods of rest usually results in too much weight stored as fat.
 
idk what my fat % is i know it has gone up a bit because it always does when i bulk up i have gotten TONS stronger however so it works well for me

Alot more meat on my lower back and legs
Deadlifts and Squats have gone up through the roof
so has most of everything else
 
Breakfast: 6 eggs (only two yolkes), toast, oatmeal and a glass of juice

Pre workout: double scoop protein shake, turkey sandwich, jerky

Post workout: double scoop protein shake, 2 hamburgers, oatmeal

4-5: chicken breast grilled with italian dressing, tall glass of milk, mixed nuts (trail mix)

Dinner: whatever my gf cooks up for me

9-10: protein shake, yogurt or cottage cheese and fruit

Before i go to bed: that shake i just posted

My friends always crack jokes at me throughout the day cause i just walk from class to class with a bookbag full of food. I constantly stuff my face with as many calories as possible
 
That looks like a good bulking diet, but why do you discard the yolks? If you are drinking bulking milkshakes before bed then you should also be eating your yolks, there is a lot of nutrition there. My friends and colleagues are always cracking jokes, I carry a cooler to work and finish the contents by the end of the day. My fiancee thinks I am taking this bulking up thing a bit too far, she started dating me when I weighed only 150lbs.
 
holy shit!!! thats crazt that you gained that much. but how do u no that shake actually helps? ur on steroids and all your muscle gain can be from that.

What do you mean it can be from steroids? You've gotta eat big to get big no matter what.

I agree, but i dont think the bigger you eat the bigger youll get(muscle wise). I think after a certain point calories become excessive, your body cant use them and so they get stored as fat. Especially that many carbs when your body is barely going to use any they'll just goto fat.

Powerlifters eat like he does and get fat, but really strong but for me i rather eat enough to get big while staying lean.
 
ya to grow and stay lean(relitively lean) you must eat only simple carbs and lots of protein to grow your body needs to be in a positive nitrogen balance Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and more protein will do this, excess food will be stored as fat but if you exercise and eat lean you may avoid this but remember the more you need to eat this time to grow the more you will need next time :) id rather up my cals say 100 at a time then 1000 so in the end to maintain mass im not eating 10 000 cals ed also daan69 diet looks good but you should get more fiber and try and stay away from the salty jerky also whey is good shake pwo but you should get a egg or casein one for throughout the day maybe more glutamine, rice, and don't eat yogurt ed its bad for your digesting, my sisters a nutitionist so i get told everyday about eating shit lke yogurt, wheys like a simple carb fast absorbed, sorry for the flame just trying to help,, more steak
