Beginer to HGH

Gh is entirely different than aas. If ur are some how able to get decent stuff the carpol tunnel issues will be killing u @ 3iu +. The water retention would be easily noticeable and u would see great fatloss even with a so-so diet. I don't think one person in this thread will ever get ahold of any real stuff but if u do the first thing I'd do is get a serum test done 2.5-3 hr post inj. 10 IU in one of your delts is the most common method.....if the results are not 40-45+ u got bs gh.


There's tons of labs bit very few of them that come out of china are close to us quality.


There is really no point in giving advice on this cuz if by chance u do get stuff it will be fake or underdosed badly.
 
I don't know about HGH being use less unless one does it for a long time.

You don't need a lot of it either but it does not work miracles either. If you get really good GH hy hyges or rips 1/3 vial a day is really good and never exceed 5iu because it is just more side effects than benefits. Plenetly of IFBB guys run on 1/3 of a vial per day and they are known contest coaches.

But from it sounds like you might think that they might work miracles and they don't. You will get uber deep sleeps (and I mean uber) and you can afford some extra food here and there but nothing major.

Long story short (which this ended up long) if I were you I would stick with creatine and protein powders than GH right now.
