Beginers cycle - Redone

It has been 2 weeks and 2 days since my last pin. This is start of week 16 for me so I am starting my post cycle therapy (pct) now. I however still feel on. Strength is unchanged, libido the same, etc.

40mg of Nolvadex for the first two weeks and then 20mg for the next two.

I am still 178.5 pounds now. That fucking acne is still on my arms and shoulders and starting to spread to my back. It is not a train wreck type of shit but still ugly and bothers me. I thank God it is not on my face. I wonder if I should run my liquid Stan from RUI with post cycle therapy (pct). Definitely for my next cycle I will run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) through the whole cycle. Also I think my nipples are a bit puffed, I might be just paranoid. I can´t feel any tissue or anything like that, it is just that they are tiny bit bigger or puffed.

Besides that I feel and look great. Will update next week.

Week two on PCT.

To my amazement I seem so far to be able to hold onto my weight. I was 178.5 pounds today. My strength is slightly down and I am a bit more lethargic. My cardio is however much better. So from that I would advise any first timer to make sure he is in a good cardio shape before going on.

Since yesterday I added Gingsen, Animal Stack, Tri-Creatine Malate and Ginkgo Biloba in attempts to get a solid and quick recovery.

So far I have normal sex drive and a few instant woods through out the day. Though I might be checking my situation unconscionably by seeing if I can get wood by just thinking of sex and that seems to be the case. I am not horny out of my head any more though and quite contempt.

I am more vascular and lean than 3 weeks ago but I still have acne on my shoulders, back and mainly on the upper arm. I am now showering twice a day and putting antibacterial gel on it as often as I can. I also put some Norwegian healing balm before I go to bed. I am gonna get some Apple Cider tomorrow as it was suggested here on the site. That is the only con so far.

One pro coming of is that I don´t get these painful shin-splints any more after playing football. I think they come from massive pumps in the muscles around the shin and calf.

Just finished week two on post cycle therapy (pct). Adjusted the Nolva dose to 20mg yesterday, should have done it on Monday but I forgot my Sunday dose so I took 40mg on Monday.

Today I fell very lethargic and sleepy, might be an odd day or something but I feel like shit. Not mentally just huge exhaustion. I am keeping my body weight but struggling to keep the strength. I did legs on Monday and still today I am so soar and stiff it is hard to walk. Did chest yesterday but not so soar in it. It might be the creatine clocking the lactic acid inside the muscles.

I sleep well and deep due to the Animal stack. Sex drive is rather low, I wake of with a hard on but there is not much thought of it through out the day. I can function but there is no initiative to do anything.

The acne is still there light - light moderate. Thankfully nothing on the face. Started taning every 10 days. Yesterday I applied Apple Cider Vinegar on my skin twice and believe it or not I see improvement. Will continue on with that shit. The red swelling is retracting back, so that is a good sign. I will go to a doctor in two weeks if i don´t see a big improvement before that time. Definitely will use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) next cycle and use better hygiene.

I changed gym because of it and all the fucking Personal Trainers are asking me how much I have gained weight in the last three months and it is embarrassing to have done that and have this acne on the arms.

Same weight 178.5 pounds or 81 Kg, from 165 pounds or 74 Kg at the start of cycle.

Just pooped a valium, hopping I would get a good nights rest and fell better tomorrow :spin:

No training today.

Thanx bud, makes it worth it for me. I fellt this information was missing when I was searching the logs before I went on.

I was like you, very anxious about starting the cycle and what to expect. Specially when coming off, as I remembered when I used AAS when I was in my early twenties I did not know what PCT was, and when I came off I usually went on drink and drug benders and lost all my gains. Also was very emotional and felt my ball shrink. I have had none of that shit now, and I seem to keep 90% of my gain!
 
Just wanted to wrap up this cycle log.

I did 5 weeks of PCT, ended last Monday. I am training better than ever, putting everything in it. I feel I was lazy while on the cycle and could and should have pushed myself further.

I think I have recovered well. My weight is now 178 pounds or 80 Kg, from 165 pounds or 74 Kg at the start of cycle.

Only downer is I still have acne on my arms, chest and shoulders. But I believe it will go soon.

I can´t do another cycle until near the end of the year or even until January because of travel and holiday plans would mess up everything. But patience is a virtue.
