Beginner body builder needs diet advice

hi guys, i am a beginning body builder and i need advice or links to sites where i can find out the best diet for me

im 18
waist is 36
im 6'6"
and i have a very big bone structure

My goal is to get down to around 230 - 235 within the next 2 months but i have no idea on what my diet should consist of.

Plz give me any advice you can, its greatly appreciated.
You need about 250-300 grams of protein everyday. Stick with egg whites, fish, chicken breast. Eat red meet once a week.
Go low on carbs. stay away from complex carbs such as pasta,rice & bread. stay away form white starch & flour. Have brown rice, oatmeal, yams & spinach for carbs.
stay away from dairy & watch your fruit intake because of sugars.
have 2 to 3 spoons of unsalted peanut-butter every day.
stay away from sodas, juices & instead drink 1 to 2 gallons of water every day. This diet usually works for me when Iam trying to get lean.

Just clean up the diet and see what happens..........
