Beginner: First Test E Cycle 500mg

Planning on doing a basic cycle and read the FAQ's. After tons of reading on basic cycles I've decided to jump on the bicycle with a standard test e cycle. Currently 205lbs @ 15% bf and training for 6 years. My diet will be in check but not perfect; ie: not eating fast food, lots of fruits/vegetables, cooking my meals, ect.

Cycle;
1-12: 250mg Test E twice a week(Mon & Thurs)
1-13: 250iu HCG twice a week (read lots of mixed reviews how to run this)
1-13: Aromasin (if needed but ran 12.5mg ED)
14-18: Nova & Clomid at 40/40/20/20 and 100/100/50/50 respectfully.

Already done pre-blood work and plan to do mid blood work around week 5 or 6. I'll be donating blood as often as I'm allowed to, I believe this is every 56days. I'd appreciate any criticism and below is my pre-blood work. It shows that my blood urea nitrogen (BUN) is a few points high, I'm not sure if this is something that I need to be worried about because it's not in the 30-40 levels.

Edit: Aromasin will be ran 12.5mg ED starting at week 2 per 3J's post.

run the hcg..

run the aromasin at 12.5mg ed starting week two

dont wait till shit goes wrong to fix the problem.. stop the problem from happening

what are your goals on cycle??

you need to understand your diet is the most important factor in all this. yet you state your diet is in check but not perfect??

why have a perfect cycle but not a perfect diet?????

Forgot to mention that the aromasin would be ran at 12.5ED, I wasn't sure if that needed to be at week 1 or 2. Originally I was going to start it week 1 at 12.5mg EOD, I know the half-life is short for males but it seems that everyone reacts differently so I'll start off with it at week 2 ED. I'll run the HCG, but the dosage level was the concern. Everyone seems to have different opinions so I choose a basic 250iu 2x/week. Goals for the cycle is to gain more muscle and to honestly view how my body reacts to a cycle. I understand that diet is a key role so I will be prepping my meals. I don't believe in a perfect diet, however this doesn't mean burgers/fries/pizza/deep fried items/ect can be eaten daily.

Start pct 3 weeks after last pin. Continue hcg @ 250 iu's from beginning of cycle up to pct. Same with your ai also...

Do you have kidney issues or were you just dehydrated when your labs were done? Those kidney values are a red flag.

I don't have any kidney issues that I know of, however when I did take the test I didn't drink much water that day. Also I did workout ~9 hours prior and took creatine so that probably didn't help my numbers. Would you recommend to hydrate, eat, then retake the test? I guess that would be ideal but I'm not sure how many points that would drop the BUN. I'm assuming optimal range that I should be is around 10-15 mg/dl.

Edit: After a quick search my BUN to creatinine ratio is about 15:1(15.23:1 to be more exact), which is about the range. I'm assuming that not really drinking that much water and having creatine would cause this spike. I'm not too worried but once again I'm not the expert in this type of field and open to all opinions.

You have never gotten a physical exam your entire life? How old are you?

I'm 25, also aware that it's in the borderline of even touching aas. Never had blood work done before.

Edit: I have had a physical but it was so long ago that I wouldn't even know the blood work numbers. If I need to redo the test I will, however I think it was like you said; dehydration.

I am impressed with you taking the time to get pre first cycle blood work. Go out and get that physical first too. Get in the habit of drinking lots of water and keeping hydrated. Keep us posted you are now a science project.
