Hey guys, I'm a little lost, you could say with my benching. Here is the problem. I can bench 225 for 10-12 reps, which means that my one rep max should be around 300-310 if im not mistaken. However, my max bench is only 280 on as great day I might add. Its usually around 275. What is the deal here, and do you have any suggestions on how I might break the 300 mark. Im 185lbs, at 12-15% Bf, so Im quite sure that should be pressing more than 280.
