Best cycle for cutting fat gaining lean muscle

In your opinion, what is a good cycle for gaining 5-10lbs of muscle and losing fat? Or is that more of a natural situation? Currently I am 5"11 31yr 16.5%bf thanks!
 
Do a cycle of the following compounds: broccoli-100mg Ed, lean protein-400mg Ed, healthy fats-200mg Ed, and 50mg of carbs for a kickstart. You're nowhere near ready for a "real cycle." Sound more like a novice to me.

Even Arnold says he would use steroids while cutting to maintain muscle mass.

I've heard good things about tren and test prop for cutting purposes.

If it was me I would just do clen and ketotifen (no t3)

Dude it's a rookie move to give out cycle advice like telling someone about tren until you've heard about cycle history

Guy is 31, knows his body fat to the .5 percent and has over 50 posts on a website called steroidology. I'm pretty sure he has a good idea what tren is.

I'm not saying he doesn't know what it is... If you don't even know how to cut down body fat without gear, why the fuck would you add gear in the equation? Don't be naive...

You'd be surprised lol. Half the guys who come on here don't even know what proper nutrition is. They're more concerned about "what gear will make them cut or what gear will make them huge." Pretty much all gear has the same purpose(diff potencies and effects of course). It's always been about what you eat rather than what gear you take. The guy didn't state his weight which makes me wonder. Agree with you as far as the maintaining muscle part(assuming you have a significant amount).
 
Not necessarily. The quality of the food you eat could have major effects. If nutrition was so simple and easy to master, you'd see 250lb juice heads every block.
 
Wow, thanks guy for so many helpful responses. :-) Let me see of this makes it easier for you. When I drop to 14% body fat,. What is the best gear to use to not gain 20-30lbs of mass muscle.. Instead 5-10lbs of lean mass. Or is that more of a workout choice? (Heavy lift vs. high reps)
 
My vote:

Test e cycle @ 500mg/wk
Gain 15-20lbs with solid diet (clean)
Then after post cycle therapy (pct) hope to keep your 15lbs

This thread got really nit picky.

Side note: whats your lifting experience? What are your lifts strength wise? Bench,row,squat,deadlift,shoulder press etc...
 
Have not ran a cycle yet (thinking April). I know test alone is the first cycle recommended by just about everyone. With a proper pct. and ran with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I was just kind of more curious if it's possible to make small gains extremely fast without packing 20lbs on. And lifting history wise,. It kind of comes and goes... I stay in decent shape but have never really taken it to the next level. Yet
 
I struggle to believe anyone doesn't know what proper nutrition is. I'll give you all a hint it's the stuff that you've learned your entire life is good for you.

Looking to gain 15 lean

Hey guys, I'm not exactly looking to cut fat but I do want to retain the definition that I have and perhaps cut it down a few points. However, primarily, I'm looking to add 10-15 lbs of lean mass. A few inches on my chest, 1.5- 2 inches on my arms and a few on my legs. I'm 27, Ht: 5.7, wt: 160, bf:8-10perc, arms: 16.5, chest: 41. I've been lifting for about 9 years on n off, but 5 of those were strictly geared for boxing( "ight weight). I've been looking into AAS and was considering some test-E (testoviron) or ana Anavar (var) . I really wanted to go with some hgh to avoid sides but ill have to wait owing to finances. I've never done a cycle before so I wanted to ask for some advice on what I've mentioned or anything else for a first timer. With the test I was advised to go with a 500mg biweekly dose for 8 weeks but I wasn't too fond of the idea of losing the definition that I have. Anavar (var) seems like a good option considering the strength gains and also the hardening considering I'm kinda soft. I'm on a 3000 cal diet n my proteins a 190 gms. Any advice is welcome and would highly be apprecciated. Thanks in advance.t
 
Also, my strengths been at a plateau for a while now. I barely bench 225 n squat 315. NOT looking for temporary gains that I'd lose when I go off. Also, how worried should I be about fertility and my natural test recovery? Btw, anavar, I was thinking 40mg a day for 8 weeks. I'm frustrated outa my mind so I'd really appreciate the help and pardon me for the essay.

best advice from me is make your own thread and don't hijack someone elses post....

also you should really read the stickies and actually learn some stuff before thinking about doing an anavar only cycle.. remember your putting shit into your body... wouldn't you want to have a good understanding of wtf it may do to you instead of just trusting a few people on here who "seem" reliable because they have a high post count and some green things under their name?

knowledge is power... learn for yourself don't just take suggestions without understanding everything behind the suggestion
