Best cycle for LEAN DRY gains . . . no bloat .... OR how best to DISGUISE it. . . .

Ok well I was wondering what would be the best cycle for this... I've a lot of friends through the years where it's just totally obvious when they go on cycle, gain 30+lbs of bloat and everyone knows they are on gear.

I have a white collar job and also do MMA 3-4 times a week, I don't want to come in and everyone know I'm on, so thinking what's the best way to disguise this if any, or the best dry gain cycle recommended for this?

Low dose test and 50-60mg of var per day is what I had good success with for those goals.
Tried to PM you, don't know if it worked lol :) Will ask you here, if you don't mind:

How much LBM did you gain?
What was the dosing?
What was the length of the cycle?
How many kcals were you above maintenance?
 
Dude people that get bloated are eating dirty as fuck. Don't always blame it on the steroid, given some are known for bloat more than others. Long story short...you look like what you eat!
 
Testosterone propionate 150mg eod 8 weeks
Exemestane 12.5mg ed 8 weeks
Hcg 1000iu ed for 10days leading to pct
