i'm 160 5'9 and has been in sports for 10 years now. i'm a track runner in the middle of the season. i run the 400, and i am dying in the last 100 of my race. i need to get strong and more endurance wit in 4 weeks. what would be the best thing to take? i'm thinking bout taking test, i see winn is on everybody mind for track but i don't want to put that much on my liver for just a 4 week cycle
