Delts... Less pain and quicker recovery it seems. When I hit my thigh, I can't do squats or cardio (run/jog) because it throbs.
 
Quads. Unlike others I have never had a problem with them in terms of hitting nerves or excessive bleeding. Plus they are the most easily assessible muscle group to inject. I wish I could do all of my injections in my quads.

...I agree, and it`s very difficult to self inject in the ass against self-injecting in a thigh. When injecting in a thigh you can stay relaxed seated and doing everything slowly !
 
its gott be the quads, the delts are pretty easy to i wont even try the glutes bc it looks like it would be hard to stay in that position for the entire shot and stay steady.
 
glute, i just did a quad the other day and i will say this, it will be my last quad inject i ever do, i have never had good experiences with them and this time i could barely walk for about 3 days for some reason and the area around my knee (lower from where i injected swelled) i believe i might have had a mild infection that is looking good now but its just become to much of a pain, i wasnt able to do legs yet this week and i will have to take at least 2 more days off before hitting them.
 
Trap is not up there but it is my favorite...just because it makes me feel like a hard ass. lol

Actually, tri is very easy and is my other favorite. Of the ones listed in your poll, delt would be my choice.

Not listed:
Calves...hell no. Too many nerves and veins with too small a muscle.
Forearms...worse idea than calves IMO.
Hamstrings..not yet, too hard to get to.
Lats...Hard for me to aspirate. I have to get help to hit them, so I don't.

Never done glute
Thigh sucks...sore too long after and I hit a bleeder every other time, so I stay away from it.
Delt is easy to hit, and I hit each delt in two spots. I get no soreness there either.
Chest is funky. I like it fine, but it creates a ton of pressure in my pec that feels uncomfortable. It also looks spooky when stabbing your chest with a needle.
Biceps can be top shelf, or nightmarish. Either I feel nothing but a huge pump or a knot like a golfball is stuck under the muscle. I hit veins too often there and that looks nasty...kind of hard to explain too.
 
glute= least pain and a higher tolorence to larger doses of gear

thigh= ok, but its hard for me to push the pin in. I dunno why, the muscle gets tight.

delt= great site to hit, moderately painless, but mine like to bleed a lot when I hit them

pec= painful to break the skin, but I like it for 2cc or less, easy access

bicep/tricep= very painful for me at least, but they are the easiest access, and it looks cool.

lat= painless, great site to hit, but hard to reach. I would encourage only those with mature lats.

calf= never hit, because thats absolutely rediculous, its too small

trap= scary for me, never hit, too many horror stories

hams= too many small muscles, ie. ham STRINGS

I think that about wraps it up. The best is without a doubt is the glute, however, my favorite is the pec.
 
I have good thick thighs and find it is just a easy access thick muscle. Hard to reach my glutes as well by myself. not to flexable....
