Need to learn to get your diet in check bro. Learn to eat and train then Hit the gear. First thing to learn is you cant have best of both worlds. Cant build muscle and get ripped at the same time. Doesn't work that way. You either build muscle and put on some weight cause you need an increase in calories so you probably wont look very leaned up but thats the process. Then once you build up you can switch you diet to getting leaned out and get that definition. Thats why most of us cycle. Bulk up in the winter when you wear more clothes and then get ripped for the summer and the ladies on the beach. If I were you spend the money and hire 3J. Check him out on the diet forums.
