best time to get bloods for TRT

i've been on TRT for about a month now and i havent gotten bloods since i started. last week i crashed my e2 so i stopped taking arimidex since last wednesday. feeling a little better now, sex drive is slowly coming back..

i split my dose up into 125mg every 3.5 days instead of 250mg every week because i was experiencing too much of a crash.

so my question is, when do you guys suggest i resume taking adex, and when should i get bloods? i just pinned 125mg a few hours ago by the way

What dose of adex were you taking, and what did your estradiol come back at?

For doctor ordered labs I go the morning before my next pin. That's as close to a trough as you're going to see on E3.5D dosing.

i think that being consistent is the most important. For instance, i inject every monday morning, thursday evening, and when i get bloods its always sat morning. That way, when i change doses or brands, I don't have to worry about any additional variables. That would be my advice.
