You can drink sugar free lemon concentrate, apple cider vinegar and supplement with cinnamon or alpha lipoic acid before every meal. Use coconut oil instead of any other oil. Begin hgh or peptides. All of these regulate or lower insulin and cause fat loss. I focus on this when I cut. The only other thing I pay attention to is my protien macro, protien is high calorie and causes a high insulin spike.
I watch total calorie count, reduce insulin spikes and watch protien macro.
