Hey bros.. I know it's recommended to get your BF down to 14-15% and I've been doing a good job with it, dropped 10lbs got a lot stronger, etc prob went from like 20-21% to 17-18%.

Problem is, time pretty much ran out. I have to start them now. I'm prob at 17-18%.

I have to start them b/c I'm either breaking up w/ my girl over the way I look or if we do break up, I have to be jacked if I'm single... ha.

Either way, I know you've all helped me out a lot in the past and I got a ton of great knowledge from you guys in the past. I know this isn't what I'm supposed to do, but I gotta do it, so what do you think the best way to go about it is?

I think I'll do an anavar test cycle b/c my joints are screwed and test only may mess them up b/c of the collagen synthesis.

Anyway, the question is... if you had to start at 17-18% BF what would you do? Tips, ideas, etc..

When I first read the title of this thread I thought it was going to be another one of those gems where some chick posts up she just found out her boyfriend is doing steroids, LOL.

Besides the fact that you have to start a cycle because of your current gf...I don't fully understand what you are saying...

Eat clean and train; add lean mass which will decrease the percentage of your bofy fat.
 
I have to respond to this cause I think it's horrible that you are even considering doing steriods for the purpose of how women would see you. Wouldnt you want a women to be with you cause of who you are and not what you look like? If your current girlfriend wants to break up with you over what you look like let her go, you'll find someone who wants to be with you for you. This really saddens me to hear that you are willing to put a substance in your body to change your appearance for another person. I think if your not doing it for yourself then why bother?

Also, what's the worst that can happen? I'll monitor my blood pressure, etc... Sucks, but it can't wait..

What are your goals? lean mass, reduce body fat, etc....??? What's ur stats and diet? I believe for your first cycle you're suppose to run test only, but you should get a males prospective on that... but regarding your joints I find peptides do a good job of repairing damage to my body, much more than var does for me. CJC1295 / GHRP-2 has worked wonders for me - it's reduced my body fat, built lean muscle and almost cured my shin splints.

My girl is my wife.. ha. Dude you have no idea what I've fuckin' been through w/ this woman... There is no pleasing her. When I was single, I got ass any time I wanted, had a shit load of boys, had an awesome life... Then we got together and she smothered the shit out of me, we ended up having kids, and they're really why I'm trying to stay together. I got her an Escalade, just bought her a horse, I give her about $3500 cash a month she blows through it in about 5 days. Meanwhile I just lost an account that was 60k/year, but we need a horse.. I work my balls off to pay for her shit and when I get a little out of shape she's on me about that.. It's actually just after I got gyno surgery in May (which she encouraged), I didn't work out for 4 weeks, we went on our vacation to Aruba and she didn't even let me fuck her 1 time a day.. I got laid the first time in a week yesterday b/c I told her she didn't have to get up if I could drill her quick. Used a jimmy so there wouldn't be a mess and she just laid there..

We went out last night and somehow guys started arm wrestling.. I blasted 2 chumps in about 1.5 sec each and I was telling her about it.. She ended up saying she fucked one of the guys that I jacked in arm wrestling before we got together and how his body is awesome... Nice to know I was hanging out w/ him all night like an asshole..

I fuckin' went off on her when she said that and then she said oh yea I was ridin' his cock.. great. That's when I put a hole the size of her head clear through the bathroom door, said some pretty fucked up things and left the house hammered at like 2am. I'm in a hotel right now and nobody knows where I am b/c I left my phone there.. FML.

Just sitting here wondering what's next..
 
Aaand.. my goal is to lose body fat.. ha

Right now, I eat 6 meals a day and mainly it's chicken breast, steak, pork, eggs, fish, some brown rice, etc. Prob about 2800 cals/day..
 
@thetruepitbull - my understanding is that you should be at a 14-15% body fat minimum to start a cycle.. I'm doing it at 17-18%.. that's my issue. Hopefully I can drop some BF on the cycle, but normally you gain BF on Test E only, no?

In regards to your wanting to lose body fat - first you have to make sure you diet and exercise is on point, else there's no point in doing a cycle if your not gonna get the results you want. Post your diet in the diet forum (and on 3J's sticky re: diet - he'll critique your diet), and post your training in that section more responses/critiques/advice on those. Once you got that you can figure out what you want to take by doing research on it. There is T-3, Clen, HGH, peptides, etc... All have different benefits and side effects that you should read up on. You can combine susbstances as well. T-3 tends to eat away at muscle as well as fat (doesnt discriminate) so people will take Clen and/or AAS to prevent the muscle wasting. Some peptides are combined together to get better results... There are all sorts of cycle combinations, I would have to be here all day to tell you what you need to know. I would suggest after you get your diet and training on spot and do some research to come back and ask whatever questions you have... I'm sure everyone would be happen to help :)
 
Hey Alogia, is CJC1295 / GHRP-2 better/worse than HGH (jintropin) IYO? Thanks..

I like them better cause I find they yeild better results (faster as well) for me, and I dont have the concern of long term sides that HGH produces.
 
I am sure nothing I say is gonna change your mind, because I have been hung up on a girl before and know how hard it is, but she sounds like an all around bitch and just a bad person. You sound like a successful guy, take care of your kids and get rid of her. She will then be all over your shit but stay strong and remember what a bitch she was.
 
Fuck that girl dude, I left my kids mom because we couldnt get along. You have no reason to stay with this bitch. NO REASON. Fucking leave her. Kids DO NOT need to grow up around that kind of hate, it is worse for them than having split parents. Get the fuck out of there.
 
Thanks guys.. Thinking about doing a "Trial Separation" and telling the 3 year old that I have to work at Nana and PopPops all week b/c I have so much work and just taking them on the weekend.. Fucking sucks..

Talk to your wife and go see a family councilor.

And, diet and caloric intake determines what you look like.

It sounds to me like she said that shit just to piss you off. And it obviously worked. I don't know all the details about what happened, but honestly I don't need to. She married you, not that guy at the bar. I bet you anything he was probably the worst lay she ever had. She just said that shit to get under your skin. You guys probably had some stupid argument that escalated. Not to mention you were drunk (that don't help).
I've been married a little over 10yrs. I've also been in this situation several times. At the end of the day, I'm glad I'm still holding my family together. Nothing is more important to me than that. Even if you guys are arguing every day, it can be fixed if you want it. I realize what she said was just wrong, but I know that any good marriage counselor will tell you that it's not a good reason to get divorced.
 
Do a cycle of clen/t3 and watch ur diet, up ur cardio and see a Marriage Counselor, if that docent work. Then go ahead and separate. Expend all means available to u!
