im still laughin cause you and her went out drinkin on a monday night lol i havent even had a beer in three months bro i dont know how much your training but focus on that its been clinically proven that exercising helps balance out certain hormone levels in your body that attribute to your mood and overall total sense of weel being. hell i would start hittin up some of the cardio classes at the gym if i were you theres always some hot little chicks floatin around in there and that bf% will get down there where you want it a whole lot quicker
