Bicep Question

I worked my biceps out yesterday, but not very intensely. I just did like 2 different workouts (3 sets of each workout) with a 25 lb. dumbbell.

Today, I feel just a tiny bit sore, but my workout was kind of shitty. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to give my biceps a good workout today then give them about a week to recover.

Would this be a good idea, or should I just let my next bicep workout make its way through my routine?

just a clip from the DC training thread:

Training is all about adaption. In simple terms you lift a weight and your muscle has one of 2 choices, either tear completely under the load (which is incredibly rare and what we don't want) or the muscle lifts the weight and protects itself by remodeling and getting bigger to protect itself against the load (next time). If the weight gets heavier, the muscle has to again remodel and get bigger again to handle it. You can superset, superslow, giant set, pre exhaust all day long but the infinite adaption is load---meaning heavier and heavier weights is the only infinite thing you can do in your training. Intensity is finite. Volume is finite (or infinite if you want to do 9000 sets per bodypart)...everything else is finite. The Load is infinite and heavier and heavier weights used (I DON'T GIVE A CRAP WHAT SOME BUCK 58 POUND WRITER FROM FLEX MAGAZINE SAYS) will make the biggest bodybuilder (add high protein, glutamine and drugs to the mix and you have one large person).

uhhhh.... you could try squatting next time.
lol..not too long ago there was this huge discussion argument on elite about the best arm routine (mostly biceps)..i mentioned that squats are important in total body development and that a person that squatted vs someone that didnt would most likely have bigger arms..well sure enough if all the hst 175 lbs boys didnt chime in and flame the shit outta me..i just laughed..my gym is a perfect example there are a few bicep boys who love to curl 75 lbs dbells for 1-3 horrible reps..i bet they could barely overhead pres them..not that i have huge arms but i got no ego problem doing sets of 10 with only 40's or 50's after ive done BB curls!!
